Refunds & cancellation

What you can buy. Two things, and only one of them recurs. A one-time credit pack is a single payment that never renews. A monthly plan bills every month until you cancel, and grants the same credits each month. Both are shown with their price and credit count on the pricing page before you pay.

Cancel any time, keep what you paid for. Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut off access the moment you cancel, and we do not require you to email anyone or sit through a retention flow. Credits already granted stay in your account.

Failed jobs are never charged. Credits are deducted only after a rewrite finishes successfully, so an error or timeout cannot use your balance.

Unused credits are refundable. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the unused portion, no questions asked. This applies to one-time packs and to the most recent month of a plan. Credits never expire, so there is no rush.

Checking is free, so there is nothing to refund. Finding and cleaning artifacts runs entirely in your browser, costs nothing, needs no account, and never sends your text anywhere. Credits are only ever spent on the optional rewrite.

Your card is not stored by us. Payments and card details are handled by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record. To request a refund or cancellation, email ofiryieldchain@gmail.com.

We are this specific because the recurring complaint about the established tools in this category is not that they underdeliver — it is that customers cannot cancel, cannot reach support, and get charged again. Documented cases include users resorting to blocking their virtual cards. Cancelling here stops the next charge immediately and leaves the time you already bought intact.
