Refunds & cancellation
There is no subscription. Every credit pack is a single one-time payment. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can renew without you noticing. Your card is not stored by us.
Failed jobs refund themselves. If the rewrite engine errors, times out, or returns nothing, your credits are returned automatically in the same request. You do not need to contact anyone. The refund shows up as its own line in your history.
Unused credits are refundable. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the unused portion, no questions. Credits never expire, so there is no rush.
Your text is not stored. Checking and cleaning run entirely in your browser and never reach a server. Rewrites are sent to the model provider, returned, and discarded. We do not log document contents or use them for training.
We are this specific because the recurring complaint about the established tools in this category is not that they underdeliver — it is that customers cannot cancel, cannot reach support, and get charged again. Documented cases include users resorting to blocking their virtual cards. Our billing is deliberately built so that failure mode is structurally impossible.
